My approach combines traditional acupuncture techniques with modern practices to help you achieve optimal pain management and improved well being. I am committed to understanding your unique needs and developing personalized treatment plans to address your specific concerns.
Modalities
Acupuncture includes a variety of modalities that can be customized to fit each client's unique needs. During a session at Alpine Acupuncture, one or more of these techniques will be utilized to enhance your experience and promote healing. This way, you will experience personalized care, ensuring that your treatment is effective and tailored just for you.

Acupuncture and Dry Needling
Acupuncture needling involves inserting thin needles into specific body points to stimulate energy flow and promote healing. This ancient practice balances the body's energy, helping to relieve pain and enhance wellness. Dry needling targets specific muscles to release persistent tension and pain.

Electrical Stimulation
Electrical stimulation provides key benefits such as pain relief, muscle rehabilitation, and enhanced athletic performance. It reduces inflammation, promotes circulation, and aids recovery. Additionally, it improves muscle strength and endurance, supporting physical therapy and fitness.

Cupping
Cupping therapy provides benefits like muscle tension relief, improved circulation, and reduced inflammation. It also promotes stress reduction and relaxation.

Gua sha
Gua sha is a traditional healing technique that promotes improved circulation and helps relieve muscle tension. By gently scraping the skin with a smooth tool, it encourages blood flow and enhances lymphatic drainage, leading to a refreshed and revitalized feeling.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is known for its ability to improve circulation, relieve pain, and boost the immune system. By penetrating deep into the body's tissues, it serves as an effective option for addressing women's health issues, alleviating pain, and supporting fertility.

Tuina
Tuina, a traditional Chinese massage, alleviates pain, reduces muscle tension, and improves circulation. Tuina serves as an excellent adjunct therapy to orthopedic needling, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.
